Freemantle Children’s Literature Centre is running a FREE Family Open Day this Sunday 3 April 2011 11am – 4pm with special Guests Jan Ramage and Mark Wilson.

Free Session: 12.30pm – 1:00pm: Jan Ramage And Mark Wilson will discuss their stunning picture book, Stranded. Suitable: for families and children aged 6 -12 years

Based on the true story of a town whose people saved 120 beached whales, Stranded is the story of one little whale, and the boy who risked his life to save it.
